Job Summary

Small Animal Associate Veterinarian Billings MT

A fast-paced small animal veterinary practice is seeking a dedicated veterinarian to join its collaborative and supportive team. The practice provides comprehensive care ranging from routine wellness and preventive services to dentistry diagnostics surgery urgent cases and more.

What Youll Do
  • Provide comprehensive general veterinary care including wellness diagnostics surgery and dentistry.
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Perform routine medical and surgical procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding diagnoses treatment options and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
  • Work collaboratively with veterinary technicians support staff and other doctors.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development.
  • Provide compassionate high-quality care while maintaining a positive client experience.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active veterinary license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
  • DEA registration preferred but not required.
  • USDA accreditation preferred but not required.
  • Experience in general medicine surgery and dentistry preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
