Design and build custom Slack apps and bots using Slack APIs (Events API Web API Bolt framework).
Integrate Slack with SaaS platforms like:GitHub (PR notifications CI/CD alerts) Jira (issue tracking ticket automation) Confluence (knowledge sharing) ServiceNow (incident alerts) Develop bi-directional integrations for real-time data synchronization.
Skills -Strong experience with Slack API / Slack App Development
Hands-on experience integrating: GitHub Jira or similar SaaS tools
