SkillBridge Project Manager Training Program (Water Division)

As a Project Manager you will lead the planning coordination and execution of projects ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. You will serve as the central point of accountability for project performance collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and revenue delivery. This role requires a proactive detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills and a passion for operational excellence.

• Lead end-to-end project execution including planning scheduling resource allocation and risk management.

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals timelines and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

• Build and maintain client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and fostering long-term trust.

• Communicate proactively to align expectations share updates and ensure a seamless client experience.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales marketing and technical teams to ensure integrated service delivery.

• Share client insights to support continuous improvement and inform service enhancements.

• Prepare proposals quotes and contracts in alignment with NSF pricing and policies.

• 13 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Project Manager or Account Manager.
• Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
• Bachelors degree Required (in Science Chemistry Business Marketing Engineering or a related field preferred)
