Job Summary
Waukee CSD is looking for a licensed teacher or current district substitute to provide short-term individualized writing instruction to a student.
Provide 1:1 support in the subject area of writing
Up to 20 instructional hours available to complete the assignment
Wednesdays after school are preferred
Some flexibility may be available on non-student days or occasionally on weekends(typically an hour or so at a time)
12 hours of paid preparation time per week will be provided
This is a short-term assignment and will conclude once the required instructional hours are completed
Candidates should hold one of the following Iowa endorsements:
512 English or
512 Special Education
Licensed Teacher: $35.00/hour
Current Waukee CSD Substitute Teacher: $20.63/hour
