The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $68625 - $100000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This Is What You Will Do In This Role:

• Conduct daily meetings as necessary to communicate goals and assignments.
• Supervise all rush/must ship orders and ensure shipping guidelines are met.
• Resolve any discrepancies or potential issues in a timely manner.
• Responsible for training and safety measures as outlined by company standards.
• Follow outbound shipping requirements for customers and eliminate any delays.
• Communicate crating needs by order/item and ensure proper guidelines are followed.
• Establish and maintain accurate facility cleaning guidelines; monitor daily.
• Assist in discrepancy and disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Monitor facility equipment and supplies reporting non-compliance issues accordingly.
• Maintain product stock within the facility ensuring stock is safely and accurately located.
• Be flexible and work necessary overtime as needed.
• Effectively take on other duties as assigned/vital.
  

What We Are Looking For:

• 5-8 years experience working in a warehouse environment
• Demonstrated ability managing a team of warehouse/shipping/receiving employees
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. College Degree preferred.
• Ability to complete detailed oral and written instructions
• Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge of MS Office Outlook and Excel required. SAP experience preferred.
• Forklift Certification preferred
