Job Summary
Job Purpose Summary: Assist in day-to-day operations of the Picking Associates on the floor and making operations run smoothly. Shippers will be operating at a computer station and checking packages for accuracy. This will require a team-player mentality and you will also be committed to maintaining a safe and positive work environment.

Reporting Accountability: Site Manager & Outbound Supervisor
Working Location:Phoenix AZ
Work Hours Classification: Full-time Monday-Thursday 1st Shift - 5:00am-3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently meets or exceeds departmental expectations.
- Shipping small parcel packages
- Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Report any order discrepancies or issues to management
- Handle errors that are found at the shipping station
- Maintain a clean and safety work environment to prevent accidents and injuries
- Maintain compliance safety and quality standards by ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures
- Following safety procedures maintaining precise records of all product movements and implementing quality control measures are also crucial
- Capable of working overtime if needed including extra hours during the week and some Saturday mornings.
- Maintain a clear and organized work environment by ensuring all work areas are kept tidy and free of hazards by regularly cleaning and organizing tools equipment and materials.

Key Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- High school education
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility a majority of the day
- Ability to lift and carry 5lbs or less
- Making and stacking light weight boxes
- Visual abilities to include reading distance vision and peripheral vision
