Heartland Consulting is seeking a SharePoint Technical and Data Management Support Specialist to join our team supporting the U.S. Coast Guard. This full-time role is critical for maintaining optimizing and managing SharePoint environments that support complex federal acquisition and shipbuilding programs.
The ideal candidate is a skilled SharePoint professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment excels at data management and can deliver high-quality solutions with quick turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities
Develop maintain and enhance SharePoint workflows dashboards sites and libraries to support document management approval processes and program metrics.
Organize version-control and manage program documentation including MSAM deliverables memos schedules and other critical records.
Mine data from multiple sources generate reports graphs and visualizations and respond to urgent data calls (often within 424 hours).
Monitor site content for proper distribution markings manage permissions and forward documents as directed by the customer.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree required.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on infrastructure and web-based development experience in a SharePoint environment.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel Word and Power BI.
Demonstrated experience with performance metrics data analysis trending and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Active Secret clearance preferred (or ability to obtain one).
