Position Overview:

The SharePoint Migration Consultant will support a global organizational merger by assisting with the migration of SharePoint environments from one company to another. This role focuses on enabling secure accurate and efficient migrations across regions while supporting global merger and acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support SharePoint migrations as part of global merger and acquisition initiatives
• Assist with planning execution and validation of SharePoint content migrations across multiple geographies
• Migrate SharePoint sites libraries lists and permissions between organizations
• Collaborate with global technical teams and business stakeholders to understand migration requirements
• Support change management and transition activities associated with global M and A efforts
• Identify and help resolve migration issues related to data integrity permissions or structure
• Document migration activities and provide regular status updates Qualifications:
• Experience supporting SharePoint migrations during mergers and acquisitions
• Experience working on global or multi region M and A initiatives
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online environments
• Ability to work in a fast paced project driven environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional and global teams Tools and Technologies:
• Microsoft SharePoint Online
• Microsoft 365
• SharePoint migration tools such as ShareGate or similar solutions
