This opportunity resides with Warfare Systems (WS) a business group within HIIs Mission Technologies division. Warfare Systems comprises cyber and mission IT; electronic warfare; and C5ISR systems.

Job Description
HIIs Mission Technologies division is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that advance national security and defense objectives. This position is part of our Cyber and Intelligence division which plays a critical role in supporting Enterprise-Level Security and Modernization efforts across IT infrastructure cybersecurity physical facilities and personnel operations. The selected candidate will contribute to a high-impact government program focused on enhancing and securing mission-critical systems and environments.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for installing configuring and maintaining SharePoint systems.
- Supports system operations and services.
- Creates and manages sites.
- Identifies analyzes and resolves system problems.
- Trains and supports business users.
- Researches and resolves access issues.
- Plans directs and executes system upgrades and design changes.
Minimum Qualifications
5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in realted field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- 5 years of hands-on SharePoint farm administration experience with SharePoint Server (or Subscription Edition) and SharePoint Online hybrid environments.
- Experience designing and managing multi-tier SharePoint farms including Web Front Ends Application Servers Database Servers and Service Applications.
- Strong understanding of DoD security standards access controls and compliance requirements for enterprise SharePoint deployments
- Active TS/SCI clearance. Must be able to obtain a CI Poly
Preferred Requirements
Desired certifications or training:Formal SharePoint training or certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate SharePoint Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Collaboration/SharePoint. Formal training in Windows Server Active Directory SQL Server or network administration.
Desired experience: Previous experience with monitoring optimizing and troubleshooting SharePoint farm performance search indexing and service applications. Experience with SharePoint disaster recovery planning patching strategies and upgrade management.
