1. ServiceNow Engineering Experience: Deep understanding of CMDB CSDM and APM. With CMDB specifically candidate will need to have in-depth knowledge of Discovery setup Service Graph Connectors data mapping and Orphans. With CSDM - candidate will need to have demonstrated experience with Data Service Mapping. CSDM will be in support of EA - Enterprise Architecture also known internally as APM - Application Portfolio management.
- Should be able to understand the relationships between the two to include technical and business services & lifecycles.
