Rate: $48-55Hr. DOE

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is hiring a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician in the San Jose area. If you have experience in HVAC refrigeration appliance repair or foodservice equipment this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a national industry leader.

• Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment including:

  • Cooking equipment (grills fryers ovens)

  • Refrigeration systems (coolers freezers)

  • Dishwashing and specialty foodservice systems

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems

• Work directly with restaurants hotels and commercial kitchens

• Use service documentation and maintain accurate inventory

• Follow safety protocols and promote service offerings

Minimum:

• High school diploma or GED

• 1 year experience in:

  • Commercial appliance repair

  • HVAC or refrigeration

  • Military technical service

• Valid drivers license with clean record

• Able to work on-call (nights/weekends) and travel occasionally

• Ability to lift 70 lbs climb ladders and work in confined or elevated spaces

Preferred:

• EPA certification CFESA credentials or similar licenses

• Experience servicing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
