Were looking for aService Technician to join our growing team. The right candidate brings a strong service technician background and GM/Chevrolet certification. Day-to-day youll work through repair orders diagnose vehicle issues and keep our customers vehicles running at their best.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning and more
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so customers are kept informed of any additional service needs and receive accurate time estimates
• Execute repairs under warranty to GM/Chevrolet manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• 1 years of Service Technician experience preferred
• GM/Chevrolet Certification preferred
• B level qualifications including Diagnostic Electrical and Engine Repair
• Dexterity requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive friendly attitude with an eagerness to improve and grow
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced shop environment
• Collaborative team player who works well with others
• Ability to learn new technology repair procedures and manufacturer specifications
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
