Bring your customer service experience to this professional role supporting our service team as a Service Receptionist at Dahl Honda in Stevens Point. You will help schedule service appointments follow up with service guests and assist the advisors and service manager with a variety of customer service and administrative related tasks.
Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with serviceappointments.
Assist with scheduling service appointments.
Follow up with service gueststhat do not show up for their appointments and to provide updates to guests on their vehicle service.
Assist advisors and service manager with other customer service and administrative related duties.
Utilize onlinesystem daily.
Qualifications
At least one previous role based in customer service experience
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and hardworking personality
Strong computer skills
Ability to stay on task and work independently
