Suntrup Buick GMC is seeking an experienced customer-focused Service Manager to lead our service department and help drive continued growth employee development and exceptional customer satisfaction. What Youll Do

• Lead and manage all day-to-day service department operations
• Recruit develop mentor and retain top-performing service advisors and technicians
• Drive customer satisfaction retention and service department profitability
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators including labor sales effective labor rate technician productivity and CSI scores
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for every customer
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer policies warranty procedures and dealership standards
• Foster a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvement
• Work closely with Parts Sales and Executive Leadership to achieve dealership objectives

What Were Looking For

• Previous automotive service management experience preferred
• Strong leadership communication and customer relations skills
• Proven track record of improving departmental performance and profitability
• Ability to coach motivate and develop employees
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with dealership management systems and service department processes
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
