What Youll Do

• Lead all day-to-day operations of the Service Department.
• Recruit develop coach and retain top-performing technicians supervisors and service personnel.
• Drive technician productivity efficiency proficiency and profitability.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely accurately and on time.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional communication and service.
• Manage departmental budgets labor sales gross profit and key performance indicators.
• Promote a culture focused on safety accountability teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies OSHA requirements and manufacturer standards.
• Partner with dealership leadership to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes customer satisfaction and overall department performance.

What Youll Bring

• Three or more years of leadership experience in heavy-duty truck fleet automotive heavy equipment or related service operations.
• Previous Service Manager Assistant Service Manager Shop Foreman or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of diesel truck service operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and departmental profitability.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience using dealership management systems and service software.
