We are actively seeking experienced Automotive Service Managers for current and future dealership opportunities. Whether youre leading a high-volume service department looking to advance into a larger operation or seeking a stronger compensation and growth opportunity wed like to connect with you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dealership service department.
• Lead coach and develop service advisors technicians dispatchers and support staff.
• Drive customer satisfaction retention and service department profitability.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators including labor sales gross profit effective labor rate technician productivity proficiency and efficiency.
• Maintain strong CSI and manufacturer performance standards.
• Ensure repair orders are managed accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with parts sales and executive leadership teams to achieve dealership objectives.
• Recruit train and retain top service department talent.
• Implement processes that improve workflow customer experience and department performance.
• Maintain compliance with dealership policies manufacturer requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service management experience required.
• Proven leadership experience within a dealership service department.
• Strong understanding of fixed operations performance metrics.
• Demonstrated success improving profitability technician retention and customer satisfaction.
• Experience managing service advisors technicians and department workflow.
• Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK Reynolds & Reynolds Dealertrack Tekion or similar platforms.
• Valid drivers license required.

Preferred Experience

Experience with domestic import luxury hybrid diesel and EV brands is welcomed.
