Service Manager

OurGary INlocation is looking for a full time Service Manager. The primary responsibilities of the position consist of but are not limited to:Supervise the operation of the service departmentFoster a positive customer and employee relations atmosphereReview & analyze department data meet sales and profit goalsProcess and review work orders invoicing and customer quotesMonitor employee training progressOversee payroll entry and audit for accuracyPurchase order acquisition and coordinationMonitor work in progressResponsible for condition of service vehicles and facilityIncorporates Altas Guiding Principles into daily activitiesPerforms other duties as assignedConsistent regular and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start timeDesired Skills and Qualifications:3-5 years of previous management experience preferredGood mechanical aptitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood customer relations and people skillsAbility to successfully manage othersComputer Skills - Microsoft Word Excel and OutlookLanguage Skills - Intermediate:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of Ability - High:Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule Skills - Intermediate:Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest commissions proportions percentages area circumference and volume.
