Job Summary
Job Title: Service Desk Analyst
Location: Phoenix AZ (Local candidates only)
Work Schedule: First 710 days onsite for training then remote
Max Pay Rate $22.33/hour
Job Summary:
DES is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide Level-1 technical support for agency users. Responsibilities include handling support requests via phone email chat and ticketing systems related to desktops hardware software Active Directory VPN Google Workspace Microsoft Office printers and other IT services.
Required Skills & Experience:
2 years of technical support experience in a call center environment
2 years of hands-on desktop support experience
Experience with Windows OS ServiceNow Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
A Microsoft Google or related technical certifications preferred
