Position Overview:Asa BDC Representative you will be a point of contact for our customers providing them with exceptional service andassistance. You willbe responsible forhandling incoming service inquiries scheduling appointments and ensuring a smooth and efficient service process. Your ability to communicate effectively build rapport with customers and pay attention to detail will be key to your success in this role.

• Answer customer calls and set service appointments
• Serve as a receptionist to greet walk-in customers and direct them to the appropriate team members for further assistance
• Respond quickly to internet phone and live chat inquiries using email scripts and templates
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
• Assist customers with rental car contracts rental pick-ups and returns
• Participate in team and process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates sales teams and dealership management
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Valid drivers license
