Senior Project Manager UKG Dimensions Systems (Located in Bellevue, WA)

• Bachelors degreerequired;Mastersdegree preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.(Candidates who are not certified must become certified within one year of their hire date.)
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience leading complex technology operational compliance or workforce-related projects and programs.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading UKG Dimensions (Kronos Workforce Dimensions) implementation optimization upgrade or enhancement initiatives.
• Experience supporting integrations between UKG Dimensions Workday HCM Payroll and related enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of workforce management timekeeping scheduling payroll and labor compliance processes.
• Proven organizational change management experience including stakeholder engagement communication planning training readiness adoption and sustainment activities.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional organizational facilitation problem-solving negotiation and leadership skills.
