Position: Technical Lead (Java/AWS Full Stack)
Location: PA (Hybrid Local Preferred)

Job Description:
Senior Tech lead at least 8 and 2 years as tech lead already. Ideal is 10 years Senior Tech Lead and 5 years as tech lead.

Requirement:
Seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 8 years of software development experience and 2 years leading engineering teams. The ideal candidate will drive technical design mentor developers and deliver scalable cloud-native applications. Strong hands-on expertise in Java Spring Boot AWS TypeScript and modern DevOps practices is required. Experience with CI/CD microservices frontend technologies (React/Angular) and AI-assisted development tools is highly preferred.
