Senior-Stibo MDM Developer

Your Role:

The Sr. Stibo STEP Developer will design and implement Stibo STEP configurations and customizations collaborate with architects and business stakeholders and ensure solutions meet performance scalability and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design and configure STEP data models attributes classifications hierarchies references and LOVs.
Develop workflows for product creation maintenance approval and retirement.
Configure business rules validations notifications and data quality controls.
Build integrations using STEP APIs REST services XML STEPXML and Boomi.
Support data migration mapping transformation reconciliation and data loads.
Configure roles security and access controls.
Participate in testing deployment and production support.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Technical Skills
7 years of MDM experience with 5 years of hands-on Stibo STEP development.
Expertise in STEP data modeling workflows business rules security and governance.
Experience with JavaScript development within STEP.
Experience with REST APIs XML STEPXML and enterprise integration patterns.
Knowledge of Boomi JDE SAP Specright Snowflake and related platforms preferred.
Experience with product master data governance and data quality management.
Agile delivery experience and strong communication skills.
