Senior Software Engineer TS/SCI
Xcelerate Solutions is seeking aTS/SCI cleared Senior Software Engineerto join our mission-driven team. This role supports our clients efforts to design and implement a cutting-edge data-centric architecture leveragingcloud-based computingartificial intelligence (AI)machine learning (ML) andcross-domain transfer systems. Responsibilities:
- Work in aDevSecOps environmentto ensure the availability of biometric systems and data for end users.
- Lead the integration maintenance and monitoring of software systems to ensure constant availability of technical resources.
- Design implement and enhance complex software systems includingprocessing-intensive analyticsreal-time systems andbusiness management information systems.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineers Software Engineers Architects and Operations teams to develop enterprise AFEM (Automated Facial Extraction and Matching) capabilities.
- Participate intest staging and production deployments ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Develop and maintain software applications usingC#
- ImplementAPI developmentETL processes and enterprise search capabilities (e.g. Elasticsearch).
- UtilizeDevOps toolslike GitLab or Jenkins for CI/CD practices.
- Monitor automated system integration tests and resolve system abnormalities.
- Foster collaboration within the team to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree with 8 years of relevant experience or Masters Degree with 6 years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Poly.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency inC# programmingandAPI development.
- Knowledge ofSQL ServerETL processes andapplication-level security.
- Hands-on experience withmicroservicesandlogging systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity withbiometric systemsand SDKs.
- Experience withcontainerization(e.g. Docker) andDevOps tools
- Experience withAWS cloud-based architectureand services like Lambda.
- Experience with GPU for processing usingCUDAPyTorch etc.
- Knowledge ofGraphQLPythonBashApache NiFi andKafka.
- Active certifications such asSecurityorCE.
- Proficiency withLinux server managementand tools optimized for cross-platform environments.
