Senior Software Engineer, Software Developer Foundation

Our team is building the next generation platform for orchestrating and deploying AI agents and their integration into the lifecycle of the development of products Apple customers love. Were a fast moving highly skilled but small team designing and building a collection of tools and systems used by Apples internal development teams MLEs and data scientists to build test and deploy their products. Our systems have to scale stay highly available and just work. Thats a tall order and were looking for talented and passionate engineers who love dealing with such challenges.

In this role you will need to rely on your creativity and problem solving to develop scalable maintainable and cost-effective solutions. You will be successful and feel fulfilled in our team if you enjoy tackling challenging distributed systems problems have a strong sense of shared ownership and thrive in a collaborative team platform also powers Apples internal ML systems and tools that support applied ML teams throughout their product development cycle. Using our systems teams launch AI agents at massive this role you will implement new features for our next generation AI agent platform. You collaborate in a highly x-functional setup with Apples internal teams who need to deploy custom AI agents in our platform and Apples internal teams who provide the specialized compute for our platform.

5 years industry experience as a Software Engineer working on deploying large-scale systemsnStrong understanding in data centric systems distributed systems reliability and cloud servicesnHands-on experience in designing and coding large scale systemsnProven experience with applied machine learning data engineering or similarnBachelor in Computer Science or related experience
