• Provide engineering leadership for designing modifying developing writing and implementing software solutions for a simulation platform using agile methods.
• Acquiring business requirements and translating requirements into technical deliverables.
• Developing and managing the simulation platform development roadmap with leadership.
• Selection of technology and software development methods.
• This position will help in building best practices and establishing the organization. They will aid in creating a structure for software development testing and release.
• Evaluation and integration planning for existing simulation technologies.

• Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
• Effective Communications: Advanced understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Software Development: Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of software development tools and activities; ability to produce software products or systems in line with product requirements.
• Software Product Technical Knowledge: Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of technical aspects of a software products; ability to design configure and integrate technical aspects of software products.
