Location- Downey CA (Locals Preferred)

Duration- 12 Months

USC/GC/H4/H1 only

• Infrastructure Management: Extensive hands-on administration of infrastructure management modules (e.g. Tanium Asset Patch Deploy SCCM SCOR Ansible).

• Server Management: Proficient in mass installations removals updates and registry modifications for servers (e.g. Windows servers).

• Networking Concepts: Strong understanding of LAN WAN TCP/IP DNS DHCP and WINS.

• Coding and Scripting: Proficiency in server/security automation workflows using languages and tools (e.g. Python Jenkins Ansible PowerShell Batch).

• Project Management: Familiarity with project management principles and ITIL processes (Incident Change Problem Management).

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Collaboration: Ability to work independently and in multi-team collaborations both on-site and remotely.

• Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and organizational skills with a customer-service focused attitude.

• Documentation: Capability to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures run book instructions and knowledge base information.

• System Integration: Working knowledge of configuration and orchestration management systems (e.g. Microsoft SCCM SCOR).

• Team Coordination: Coordinate and communicate system changes across various teams including network OS security and application programmers.

• Troubleshooting: Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis in networking and system issues. The Senior Server and Patching Infrastructure Specialist responsibilities include:

• Architect maintain and enhance infrastructure including integration of various API products (e.g. Tanium Axonius Ansible).

• Set up deploy monitor and troubleshoot software updates/patching using relevant tools (e.g. Tanium Deploy SCCM).

• Implement and adhere to best practices for server installations with in-depth knowledge of operating systems and registry settings.

Miscellaneous/ Niche/ Other

• Infrastructure Administration: 4 years of hands-on experience with infrastructure products (e.g. Tanium SCCM) including implementation maintenance fine-tuning and agent testing with other products. Experience in installing and rolling out infrastructure products to endpoints.

• Server Management: 5 years of experience managing servers (e.g. Windows Server OS 2008 and above) and proficiently managing Linux servers.

• Endpoint Management: 3 years of experience handling enterprise endpoint management in a multi-site environment with 1000 nodes and packaging and deploying applications using relevant tools (e.g. Tanium Deploy SCCM).

• Scripting Languages: 3 years of experience in scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell Python Ansible YAML Batch command line).

• Product Administration: 3 years of experience within the last 5 years administering relevant infrastructure products (e.g. Tanium SCCM).

• Server Monitoring: 2 years of experience within the last 5 years managing monitoring and troubleshooting server operating systems (e.g. SCOM).

Miscellaneous/ Niche/ Other

• Certification: a valid certification for infrastructure management products (e.g. Tanium Certified Operator Tanium Certified Administrator). Applications without proof of the required certification(s) will not be accepted.

• Degree: Possession of a Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited college.
