Title: Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager
Location: Boca Raton FL (1-2 days onsite per month)
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead multiple Agile teams and drive successful delivery of large-scale enterprise initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of Agile coaching Scrum leadership project management stakeholder management and delivery oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage up to three Scrum teams simultaneously while overseeing major enterprise projects.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Track project timelines dependencies risks issues and deliverables.
Collaborate with Product Owners Business Stakeholders Development Teams and Executive Leadership.
Ensure project delivery aligns with organizational goals and established governance processes.
Maintain project documentation dashboards reports and metrics using Jira and Confluence.
Remove impediments and foster high-performing Agile teams.
Required Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Required
PMP Certification Required
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration Information Technology Engineering or related field
9 years of professional experience
Proven experience managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously
Advanced Jira and Confluence expertise
Strong Agile Scrum and Project Management background
Experience working in large structured enterprise environments
Excellent communication leadership facilitation and stakeholder management skills
