Responsibilities:

• Develop and retain key credit and deposit relationships for the Bank.
• Develop relationships with Attorneys Management Companies Accountants Reserve/Engineers Insurance and other industry related professionals.
• Perform credit analysis for existing and prospective commercial customers of the Bank.
• Assist with the ongoing credit monitoring functions including financial statement review and loan covenant compliance.
• Documentation of loans and amendments.
• Update CRM database activities
• Weekly calls updated in Outlook Calendar daily
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned by manager
• Keep up to-date with Compliance Training
• Portfolio Management

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Business or related field preferred
• 7-10 years experience in a banking or related environment.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effectively present information in one-on one and group situations with all levels of individuals within the organization and/or industry.

• Highly proficient in Word Excel Explorer and Outlook. Also have the ability to learn bank systems and other software.
• Be a strong team player with the ability to multitask; have a high attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service.
• This position will also require a willingness to put in extra hours as needed to complete projects with deadlines.
• Up to 5-10% of work time will include travel.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is $117000-$158000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
