Job Summary:
- Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead one or more Web/Mobile Application Development and front-end/back-end processing projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Responsible for managing project scope timelines budgets resources risks dependencies and stakeholder communications.
- Will oversee internal teams virtual teams and third-party vendors while ensuring successful delivery through the organizations Standard Project Lifecycle Framework.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum Waterfall methodologies cloud infrastructure network and security components and financial services environments is highly preferred.
- Must possess strong leadership communication organizational change management and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Web/Mobile Application Development projects and front/back-end processing initiatives.
- Coordinate internal teams virtual teams and third-party resources.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with senior business and functional leaders.
- Support business case development and project prioritization activities.
- Create funding plans and administer project pipeline checkpoints.

- Develop integrated project plans and manage dependencies and critical paths.
- Track and report project milestones and status.
- Estimate project resources and staffing requirements.

- Identify assess and mitigate risks and issues.
- Perform impact analysis and dependency management.
- Ensure adherence to project standards policies and version control processes.
- Conduct project assessments and deliverable reviews.
- Mentor and coach project teams.
- Lead project communications and stakeholder reporting.
- Support organizational change management activities communication and training plans.
- Manage documentation and knowledge transfer to business operations teams.
- Conduct lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee vendor contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
