The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects from planning through completion. This role is site-based and provides overall leadership for project execution ensuring projects are delivered safely on schedule within budget and in accordance with client and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of EPC project execution including engineering procurement construction and commissioning.
  • Manage project schedules budgets resources and risk mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate activities between engineering teams contractors vendors and clients.
  • Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project reporting change orders and stakeholder communications.
  • Support project startup turnover and closeout activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field.
  • Project management experience in EPC industrial energy infrastructure or related construction environments.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project controls contract management scheduling and cost management.
  • PMP certification and/or PE license preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel as required.
