Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction

Own Projects from Start to Finish
Lead projects through planning execution and closeout while keeping scope schedule budget and quality on track.

Build Strong Relationships
Partner with clients stakeholders contractors and internal teams to maintain clear communication and keep everyone aligned.

Lead & Motivate Teams
Coordinate project teams encourage collaboration and create an environment where people can perform at their best.

Plan & Monitor Progress
Develop detailed project plans track milestones identify potential roadblocks and proactively manage risks.

Manage Budgets & Costs
Monitor project finances track expenditures develop forecasts and ensure projects remain financially on target.

Champion Quality
Establish quality control processes and ensure project deliverables meet expectations standards and requirements.

Solve Problems & Improve Processes
Identify opportunities to improve project delivery introduce innovative approaches and continuously look for ways to work smarter.

Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or a related field

46 years of project management experience preferably within construction real estate or a related industry

Strong understanding of project management principles processes and best practices

Experience using project management software and digital tools

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities

Exceptional organization planning and attention to detail

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to adapt quickly and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

PMP or other professional project management certification

Experience working within a global or matrixed organization

Knowledge of building codes regulations and sustainability standards

Experience with digital project management technologies
