We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects ranging from $1M to $10M. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who wants to make a significant impact within the organization and be recognized and rewarded for their contributions.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects ranging from $1M to $10M. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who wants to make a significant impact within the organization and be recognized and rewarded for their contributions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from initial planning through substantial completion.
- Develop and implement best practices processes systems and standards.
- Oversee and manage relationships with architects superintendents owners subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to specifications budget and timelines.
- Collaborate with leadership to support long-term business strategies and goals.
- Provide overall administrative and technical direction across multiple construction projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for internal teams subcontractors and suppliers.
- Secure all required permits for projects.
- Handle project closeout including warranties manuals as-built drawings and punch list completion.
- Establish and enforce jobsite policies including safety OSHA compliance and documentation requirements.
- Take a proactive approach to resolving productivity challenges and ensuring timely project completion.
- Lead regular progress meetings with stakeholders to maintain alignment on budget and schedule.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating various teams and activities.
- Demonstrate strong leadership with a results-driven mindset especially in challenging situations.
