About You

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction and tenant improvement projects from initial concept through final closeout. The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented proactive and an excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with clients contractors design teams and other project stakeholders. You are a hands-on leader and relationship builder who takes ownership of projects anticipates problems and gets things done. You have a strong understanding of commercial construction know how to manage budgets and schedules and can effectively bring clients designers contractors and consultants together to deliver successful projects on time and on budget

In this role you will

• Lead multiple commercial construction and tenant improvement projects from planning through completion.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.

• Develop and manage project scopes budgets schedules and overall project plans.

• Lead architects engineers contractors consultants vendors and other project team members.

• Coordinate bidding RFPs contractor selection permitting construction and closeout.

• Review drawings specifications RFIs submittals change orders invoices and payment applications.

• Conduct project and construction meetings and maintain clear project documentation.

• Monitor project progress costs schedule quality and risks; identify and resolve issues before they impact the project.

• Provide regular project status updates including budget schedule risks and key milestones.

• Conduct site visits and oversee construction activities to ensure quality safety and compliance.

• Maintain organized project files and ensure complete project closeout.

• Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.

• Mentor and collaborate with other project management staff and contribute to business development.

Whatyoullbring

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture Real Estate or a related field.

• 810 years of construction or project management experience in commercial real estate.

• Strong knowledge of design construction project management and building systems.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and leading projects from concept through completion.

• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings specifications and construction documents.

• Strong budget scheduling financial tracking and risk management skills.

• Excellent written verbal organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead project teams manage contractors and vendors and work effectively with senior-level clients.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel Project Management software Procore Bluebeam or similar tools.

• PMP CCM or LEED certification is a plus.

• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance.

Our compensation ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
