Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Internalize the user: Develop a deep understanding of installers service technicians and our internal service in their workflows both external and internal and bring ambitious solutions to the table.

• Combining input from multiple business units with your own vision for the field experience driveroadmap alignmentand earn executive buy-in through compelling communication clear trade-offs and decisions that close rather than linger.

• Builddontspec: Prototype with AI tools partner with engineering design and functional leaders to shape the solution asitsbeing built.

• Own outcomes not features: Run pilots with real dealers watch what they do and iterate fast. Drive relentlessly toward the result you committed to not the feature you scoped.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Minimum5 years of progressiveProduct Management experiencewithmobile/web applications.

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives thatrequiredalignment across multiple business units or executive stakeholders and shipping products that depend on hardware or firmware releases.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobile applications particularly field or technician-facing apps.

• Experience with hardware-connected software products (IoT energy systems industrial equipment) and familiarity with solar energy storage generator or adjacent industries.

• Track recordof conceiving developing and launching new software products or SW/HW integrated solutions with a strong focus on user-centered design and outcome-based metrics.
