DISHER is partnering with a global foam cleaning equipment company in Grand Rapids MI to fill their Senior Procurement Manager position. This company designs and builds chemical management and application equipment specializing in foam cleaning solutions such as foam fog spray gel and more. They provide customized solutions for a wide range of industries ensuring that each application is tailored to meet specific cleaning needs and optimize efficiency. The Senior Procurement Manager owns procurement function end-to-end from strategic sourcing and vendor management to daily purchase order execution. This role sits at the intersection of operations engineering and finance and is critical to keeping production running lean on schedule and without costly surprises. Youll lead vendor negotiations manage supplier relationships and ensure purchasing decisions align with quality standards and growth targets.

What you will get to do:
- Identify evaluate and develop a reliable supplier base that consistently meets the companys quality cost and delivery standards
- Maintain and update vendor scorecards on a regular cadence
- Build contingency sourcing plans to reduce single-source risk
- Conduct RFQ/RFP processes for new materials and periodic re-bids on key spend categories
- Negotiate pricing lead times and terms with existing and new suppliers
- Drive annual cost savings targets through competitive bidding and strategic negotiation
- Review and manage purchase agreements ensuring compliance with contract terms
- Monitor spend data and present cost analysis to leadership on a regular basis
- Process and manage purchase orders with accuracy and timely follow-through
- Coordinate with operations to align procurement with production schedules and inventory targets
- Ensure purchasing activity complies with the companys policies and approval workflows
- Maintain clean organized records in NetSuite (ERP) for spend visibility and audit readiness
- Partner closely with engineering operations and finance to support production and budget goals
What will make you successful:
- 15 years in a manufacturing environment with 5 years in a strategic purchasing procurement or supply chain role.
- Proven track record negotiating supplier agreements and managing vendor performance
- Experience with ERP systems Microsoft Office AI work integration; NetSuite experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend data and surface actionable insights
- Highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Collaborative communicator who can work effectively across departments
- Self-directed and solutions-oriented you bring answers
