Senior Member of Technical Staff

Join an applied AI engineering team building systems that change how knowledge work gets done at a growing AI-powered accounting software company. You will work closely with teams across the business to design and deliver agent-driven workflows that handle complex work from end to end.

• Build and deploy AI agents that take on meaningful work across business workflows.
• Develop the infrastructure interfaces and operating approaches that help people and agents work together effectively.
• Work directly with internal teams and clients to understand their needs gather feedback and improve solutions.
• Take ownership of projects from problem discovery through launch ensuring the systems work reliably in practice.
• Understand the underlying workflows and data to inform system design agent behavior and product decisions.

• Typically 5 to 15 years of relevant experience including experience as a founder founding engineer or software engineer at a startup.
• Demonstrated experience building AI agents and working with multiple agent SDKs and LLM tools beyond basic chatbots.
• Strong expertise in at least one full-stack programming language with experience in TypeScript or Python relevant to the role.
• Experience collaborating directly with clients and internal teams to gather feedback and iterate on software.
• Strong systems thinking initiative and ownership of outcomes in ambiguous problem spaces.

Salary range: $150000 to $300000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
