Senior Manager, Paid Social

Lead Paid Social Strategy
Own paid social strategy across high-spend complex client performance across Meta as the primary platform with expansion into additional opportunities for growth optimization and scaling across the funnel.

Own Platform Relationships
Act as a key point of contact with platform partners (Meta TikTok Reddit Snap).Stay ahead of platform trends betas and new platform insights into actionable strategies for clients.

Drive Testing and Innovation
Lead testing roadmaps across creative audience and channel and pilot new platforms and tools (e.g. emerging ad channels influencer integrations).Operate comfortably in ambiguity bringing structure to new opportunities.

Be Client-Facing and Strategic
Present performance insights and recommendations to trust with senior stakeholders through clear confident to client growth by identifying new opportunities and strategic direction.

Support New Business and Pitches
Participate in pitch work including account audits and strategic translate performance insights into compelling narratives for prospective with leadership to win and grow new business.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Partner with analytics creative and other media teams to deliver integrated to a strong team culture focused on high-quality work and continuous improvement

• 58 years of paid social experience with deep expertise in Meta (required)
• Hands-on experience with at least one additional platform (TikTok Reddit Snap or similar)
• Proven ability to lead strategy on complex or high-spend accounts
• Strong analytical skills with comfort working in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience presenting performance and recommendations to clients or senior stakeholders
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution when needed
• Curiosity and willingness to test new channels tools and approaches
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where it doesnt exist
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
• Location requirement: This is a hybrid role based in Seattle or Brooklyn (NYC) with 2 days/week in-office.

Salary Range: $ USD annual

Compensation for each opportunity is determined based on the applicable labor market the scope and structure of the role or engagement and the individuals qualifications and experience.
