In this role youll partner with Product Technology Operations eCommerce and Field teams to drive operational process transformation for eCommerce fulfillment. Youll manage projects end-to-end from business case development and requirements gathering to pilot execution rollout and performance measurement helping deliver scalable solutions that improve associate and customer experiences.

What youll do...
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on Store Fulfillment operational improvements and scalability
- Manage end-to-end project execution including planning timelines risks testing implementation and deployment
- Partner with Product Tech Operations eCommerce and Field teams to define requirements and deliver operational solutions
- Drive stakeholder alignment through project updates presentations and communication plans
- Analyze operational performance identify process gaps and recommend scalable improvements
- Lead pilots and proof-of-concepts to validate solutions before broader rollout
- Develop project documentation including SOPs process maps business cases and implementation guides
- Track KPIs project milestones dependencies and business impact metrics
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through automation standardization and operational optimization
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Operations Engineering Project Management or related field
- 3 years of experience leading cross-functional projects operations initiatives or program management efforts
- Strong project management skills including planning stakeholder management risk mitigation and execution
- Experience working in retail fulfillment supply chain or high-volume operational environments preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions
- Experience with tools such as Excel Power BI Tableau Jira Smartsheet or Visio
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across teams
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Willingness to travel as needed to support pilots implementations and field observations

The annual salary range for this position is $90000.00 - $180000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
