Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Reporting to Fortives FP&A Senior Director the FP&A Senior Manager supports the enterprise-wide FP&Afunction serves as a finance partner to corporate functional leaders and operates the planning forecastinganalysis and reporting cadence for corporate finance translating data into clear insights and role calls for working knowledge of the accounting and FP&A toolset strong business acumen and judgmentand the ability to work across operating companies and corporate functions in a highly matrixed environment.

The successful candidate is a detail-oriented hands-on professional who runs the recurring work cadencemaintains accurate models and reporting manages multiple concurrent projects and leads through influencewithout direct authority. As a Corporate Finance team member they may take on expanded assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise planning and performance management
• Support the annual budget and periodic forecast processes.
• Maintain the FTV model reconciling Opco operating-plan risks with externally stated shareholder commitments.
• Run the FP&A operating rhythm: monthly and quarterly close performance reviews forecast updates andexecutive reporting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly variance and bridge analysis (actuals versus budget and forecast) and trackperformance against targets surfacing key drivers risks and opportunities for timely action.
• Executive decision support and business analysis
• Develop financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business decisions resource and capital allocationbudgeting forecasting cost-structure management and margin drivers.
• Prepare management reporting and presentations for the Senior Director senior finance leaders and the C Suite.
• Cross-functional partnership
• Serve as a finance business partner to operate functional and corporate teams managing the Corporate G&Abudget improving forecast accuracy and supporting spend accountability.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support for Corporate Finance SEC Reporting Investor Relations andCorporate Development.
• Support M&A divestiture integration and transformation activities as systems and continuous improvement
• Lead concurrent finance projects and process initiatives from planning through delivery managing scopetimelines stakeholders and deliverables.
• Improve finance processes planning standards reporting and analytical capabilities including changemanagement and productivity enhancements.
• Maintain the corporate planning and reporting platform (including OneStream) and its models hierarchiestemplates and reporting package ensuring data integrity across source systems and supporting system and data quality improvements.
• Apply FBS Lean and problem-solving tools to simplify work improve cycle times and increase FP&A impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 5 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience ideally in a global multi-company environment.
• Strong financial acumen and modeling forecasting analysis and reporting skills with critical thinking and theability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with financial models reporting packages and consolidation or planning systems; workingknowledge of ERP with OneStream preferred.
• Advanced Excel and BI/visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau); SQL or Python a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) able to build trust with diverse stakeholdersand translate complex financial concepts for non-finance audiences.
