Day to day responsibilities:
designing and developing curriculum for the Customer Experience Operations and Distribution Center organizations. The subject matter may include content for the various groups including Customer and Technical Support Shared Services and Distribution Centers for both new hire training and existing employee development. Primarily the role of Senior Instructional Designer functions as the department subject matter expert (SME) for instructional design e-Learning learning technologies and LMS administration demonstrating up-to-date expertise in adult learning theory best practices various delivery modalities and new technologies. This role requires experience developing technical software training preferably Supply Planning software.
