Job Summary
What Youll Do:
Reporting to the Director of Website Strategy the Senior Front-End Web Developer will be responsible for building maintaining and optimizing modern web experiences across our digital ecosystem. This role will partner closely with developers designers marketers and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable front-end systems support website migrations and consolidation efforts and transform Figma designs and design systems into reusable high-performance web components and templates. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise strong executional speed and the ability to independently deliver polished production-ready solutions while leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development efficiency scalability and quality.
About the role:
Were looking for a highly experienced Senior Front-End Web Developer to join our growing web and digital experience team. This is an individual contributor role focused on building scalable performant and maintainable web experiences while helping modernize and streamline our broader digital ecosystem.
The ideal candidate combines strong front-end engineering skills with systems thinking speed and attention to detail. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments collaborating across multiple teams and independently driving projects from concept through implementation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex web challenges building reusable systems and using AI-assisted workflows to improve execution and scalability.
Who You Are:
- 10 years of experience in front-end web development
- Deep expertise in HTML CSS/SCSS JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Vue
- Proven experience supporting large-scale website migrations consolidations and front-end modernization initiatives
- Strong experience translating Figma designs and design systems into reusable front-end components and scalable page architectures
- Experience building modular component libraries and scalable front-end systems
- Strong understanding of responsive design accessibility standards technical SEO and web performance optimization
- Experience working within modern development workflows including Git CI/CD and component-based architectures
- Passionate about leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development speed quality and scalability
- Able to work quickly and independently while maintaining a high standard for quality and maintainability
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred
- Experience working with content management systems and web platforms including Contentful Webflow HubSpot WordPress and Wix
- Experience working with Figma design systems and developer handoff workflows to translate designs into scalable reusable front-end experiences
- Experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS AI cloud or infrastructure environments
- Familiarity with headless CMS architectures and composable web platforms
- Experience integrating analytics personalization experimentation or marketing automation platforms
- Understanding of modern SEO/AEO and conversion optimization best practices
- Experience contributing to scalable documentation and development standards

The base salary range for this role is $115000 to $168000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
