Job Title:Senior Financial AnalystFLSA Status: ExemptReports to: Finance and Accounting ManagerSalary Range: $90000 - $105000Location: Seattle Admin Building (onsite)About the Position The Senior Financial Analyst supports the Finance & Accounting Manager by providing advanced financial analysis grant reporting and oversight of government-funded and grant-supported programs. This role is responsible for analyzing financial performance supporting fund accounting activities and ensuring compliance with funding requirements. The position works closely with the Mission Advancement team and program departments to ensure accurate financial reporting proper coding of grant-related transactions and effective monitoring of restricted and program funds that support the organizations Functions and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis on budgets forecasts and actual financial performance. Develop key insights into financial trends risks and the preparation and management of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Work closely with partners to ensure accurate financial planning and and present detailed financial reports including variance analysis trend analysis and key performance indicators for management board meetings and other with leadership to provide strategic financial insights that help guide decision-making for programs services and operational and maintain financial models to assess various business scenarios evaluate financial impact and forecast future the Mission Advancement team by ensuring financial compliance with grant requirements and preparing financial statements on cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of current programs and operational and implement opportunities for process improvement in D365 and Solver systems including financial reporting data integrity and operational closely with teams across the organization including operations development and People & Culture to provide financial guidance and promote financial literacy within the and uphold safe work practices through awareness training and reporting of potential other duties and projects as Requirements: Qualifications under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)To successfully perform this job individuals must be able to complete each essential duty satisfactorily.
