SENIOR FHS DATA MANAGERANALYST, School of Medicine, Framingham Heart Study

Boston Universitys Framingham Heart Study located in Framingham MA seeks a Sr. Data Manager/Analyst to serve as a senior technical lead responsible for end-to-end data management statistical programming and data integration activities that support the Framingham Heart Study and the FHS Laboratory Department. This role oversees the design and maintenance of secure scalable data pipelines; ensures high-quality dataset production; and supports FHS research studies across their full lifecycle. Working closely with IT and scientific teams this position drives improvements in data standards reporting workflows and data governance practices. It provides analytical support to investigators resolves complex data issues and contributes to training and best practice development. The role also guides the modernization of legacy data assets integrates emerging data sources and helps shape long term departmental data strategy.

As a condition of employment employee must adhere to the security requirements defined by NIST SP 800-53 Moderate Rev.5. Bachelors degree w 5-7 years of related experience or masters degree with 3-5 years of related experience. Candidates must be fluent in SAS and R programming languages. This position is hybrid with onsite activities in Framingham MA.
