Pay: $100000 - $135000 / year 10% annual target bonus

Location: Chicago IL Omnicom office

What this job involves:

Under direction of the Regional Facilities Manager the Sr. Facilities Manager manages operations and maintenance across multiple buildings within a region supporting clients CSR goals and objectives. The Sr. Facilities Manager is responsible for the delivery of quality service and should have a have a passion for leading a team that delivers an exceptional client experience.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years facilities management experience required

• Retail or multi-site facilities and construction experience highly desired.

• Strong organizational / management interpersonal and supervisory skills

• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

• Strong knowledge of real estate construction elevators and project management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office Excel and Share Point

• Computer proficiency in Computerized Maintenance management System (CMMS): Corrigo 360 Facility Maximo etc.

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications location market conditions and internal considerations.
