Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer Infrastructure with ideally 5 years of experience to own and evolve the build release and runtime foundations at a fast-scaling voice AI company. Youll design and automate deployment pipelines across cloud SaaS and on-prem environments orchestrate containers at scale and ensure reliable compliant releases. This is a high-impact role where youll be the responsible adult in production working cross-functionally with product security and customer teams to turn real-world learnings into reusable platform capabilities. What you will be doing
Designing and operating end-to-end CI/CD pipelines with blue/green canary and phased rollout strategies including graceful draining for high-availability systems
Architecting maintaining and hardening Kubernetes-based runtime infrastructure (Docker Helm) across multi-cluster and multi-tenant environments on AWS Azure and GCP
Integrating compliance controls (SOC 2 ISO 27001 HIPAA) directly into delivery pipelines including artifact signing SBOMs secret management and policy-as-code
Implementing robust observability (metrics logs traces) SLOs/error budgets and automated rollback capabilities
Deploying at customer sites (cloud or on-prem) leading incident response and postmortems and codifying best practices into tooling and templates
