Job Summary
Title: Senior DevOps Engineer
Location: Dallas TX (Remote)
Duration: 6 Months
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in DevOps Site Reliability Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI/CD Bamboo or Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible Chef or Puppet.
- Strong scripting skills using Bash Python or Shell scripting.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack Datadog or Splunk.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix administration.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with microservices architecture and API-based applications.
- Exposure to security and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with serverless technologies and cloud-native services.
- Knowledge of networking DNS load balancing and security groups/firewalls.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) or Azure DevOps Engineer are a plus.
