Job Summary
Senior Designer
Memphis TN (3 days onsite per week)
6 months plus
Rate: Open on w2
The Sr. Designer is responsible for leading the concepting design and execution of high-impact event creative and collateral systems. This role serves as a senior individual contributor developing scalable visual themes that extend across multiple event touchpoints while ensuring brand consistency and high production quality.
This position requires a balance of conceptual thinking and hands-on execution with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
6 years of professional graphic design experience ideally in:
Event marketing
Experiential design
Agency or in-house creative environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating:
Conceptual design work
Scalable visual systems
Event or campaign-related deliverables
Advanced proficiency in:
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop Acrobat)
Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint and/or Keynote)
Experience designing for both print and digital formats
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
