Role Overview
Seeking a Senior Data Engineer with 15 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL Azure cloud platforms and enterprise data migration. The role involves independently leading migration workstreams reverse-engineering legacy database logic and designing Azure-based data integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and refactor Oracle PL/SQL logic for Azure migration.
- Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
- Perform source-to-target mapping data transformation reconciliation and validation.
- Create migration design documents test plans and deployment artifacts.
- Support integration testing UAT troubleshooting and production releases.
Required Skills
- Oracle PL/SQL SQL Server Python SQL Spark Scala.
- Azure Data Factory Databricks ADLS Delta Lake Synapse Azure SQL Functions Logic Apps Event Hubs and DevOps.
- Strong experience in data modeling data governance metadata management and large-scale data migration.
- Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
