Position Summary

This Senior Corporate Paralegal position provides corporate governance support for numerous subsidiaries and affiliates of Solar Turbines located in the Americas Asia and the Middle East. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and clear communication skills sound judgment and attention to detail. The successful candidate will interact regularly with corporate counsel corporate executives and outside counsel and must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior legal experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with corporate attorneys to support corporate governance and compliance activities.
  • Manage legal entity governance by coordinating with outside counsel researching compliance-related issues tracking legal and corporate filings and reporting obligations preparing or reviewing prepared meeting materials and organizing board and shareholder meetings in accordance with applicable local legal requirements.
  • Manage confidential legal information; support departmental initiatives and legal operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree bachelors degree paralegal certificate or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders executives attorneys or other professionals in a highly confidential environment.
  • Strong organizational administrative project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities deadlines and competing demands with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree and/or paralegal certificate.
  • Executive administrative corporate governance project management or legal operations experience.
  • Experience supporting multinational organizations or corporate functions.
  • Experience with document management records management or governance platforms.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance compliance or regulatory processes.

Summary Pay Range:

$97530.00 - $146290.00
