The Senior Construction Manager is ultimately responsible for the day to day construction oversight and management. The Construction Manager is ultimately responsible for the oversight and review of all disciplines including civil structural architectural electrical mechanical controls and commissioning. The Construction Manager will administer all construction contracts and lease contracts ensuring full compliance including all commercial elements for a specific site. Our Construction team owns and drives the construction life cycle from constructability proposal development bid analysis award to managing the onsite construction work. The Construction Manager will be expected to dive deep and know construction management; inspire and think big about the construction management program; and support grow and nurture the team delivering efficient and sophisticated designs.

- 7 years of project management real estate development architecture/design experience
- Bachelors degree

- Experience in project management real estate development architecture/design

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
